POD Publicity: How to Take a Print-on-Demand Book From Obscurity to Profitability

Pod Publicity: How to Take a Print-on-Demand Book From Obscurity to Profitability
Written by Heather R. Wallace, with a foreword by Dan Poynter, this book is a valuable reference to the world of Print-On-Demand.

I requested a review copy of this book, and received a link to the e-book review copy. Providing an e-book copy for free to potential reviewers is just one of the many practical hints provided by the author in this relatively brief, but very informative, volume. Heather Wallace takes the reader from the beginnings of an idea for a book, through writing, formatting, and publishing a POD book. In addition, she includes a treasure-trove of tips and tricks for marketing and publicity, which may actually be the most valuable portion of the book for an aspiring author.

To conclude: I heartily recommend the purchase of this book for anyone who is at all interested in self-publishing. While it is geared toward Print-On-Demand, much of the information is also valuable for anyone who intends to write and publish an e-Book. (Perhaps the author would consider writing a sequel, geared toward the e-Book author?)
